ECW Guilty As Charged was an annual pay-per-view produced by Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) held annually in the month of January. The event was held from 1999-2001, with the 2001 edition of the event being ECW's final pay-per-view before declaring bankruptcy in April of 2001.
