Game Changer Wrestling's owner Brett Lauderdale sent the following out today, noting that former ECW star Sabu no showed his own Indie Wrestling Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony today. He wrote:
"In the true spirit of independent wrestling, Sabu has decided to keep his deposit and no show the indie hall of fame ceremony today. He accepted the booking and took the money, but doesnt wanna get in the elevator and come upstairs"
Word is that Sabu was allegedly still at the venue and was in the lobby selling merch but refused to come upstairs for the Hall of Fame Ceremony for whatever reason.
UPDATE: SABU HAS RETURNED THE MONEY TO THE PROMOTER OF THE EVENT!
