- VACATED - February 1993 (ECW forced Osbourne to vacate the title to set it up to be defended in a tournament after beginning it's television show ECW Hardcore TV)

2. Jimmy Snuka - March 12th, 1993 at ECW Live Event in Radnor, PA (defeated Osbourne in a tournament finals. Aired on 4/19/93)
